Unfortunately, she can be especially finicky during the summer months when the bright sunshine, and allure of being outside seem much more compelling. As a freelance writer, you have to be your own boss and shut down those notions, lest ye write not enough to pay thy mortgage. There are a lot of different tips and tricks to help. One powerful trick that works for those of that are married is to tell our spouse how much money is on the line with today’s writing assignments. Actually, saying it out loud often does the trick. Another thought is to power through with music and a nice beer nearby. Refills require the completion of a certain project of the day. At that rate, there won’t be any issues with dulling of the senses. For me, one part of the equation has always been big, thick, heavy drapes over the windows in my basement off

Posted by:  Evan Tice By Carol Tice In case anybody missed it, I was the subject of vilification on WAHM.com last week for daring to mention Demand Studios’ recent disclosure that it loses buckets of money. The discussion on WAHM turned into a long thread full of reasons people love writing for Demand. And the big one is that they pay so fast. Some posters said they write for mills because of the “enormous” amount of time it takes to get paid by magazines and corporations — up to six months! And also that they felt a lot of uncertainty about whether they would get paid or not — maybe they’d only get a “kill” fee if an article didn’t work out. I’d like to puncture these myths and say that it really doesn’t take forever to get paid from most of these types of clients. It’s also pretty rare to get stiffed, especially if you have a contract. It’s been a lot of years since I had an article killed, too — good communication with an editor can usually prevent stories going

আইসিটি সেক্টরের কার্যক্রমকে তরান্বিত করতে ৩০ এপ্রিল ২০১১ খ্রি. তারিখে বিজ্ঞান এবং তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ  প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রণালয়ের অধীন তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগ গঠন করে।  ৪ ডিসেম্বর ২০১১ খ্রি. তারিখে এই বিভাগকে  তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রণালয়ে উন্নীত করে। তথ্য প্রযুক্তি উন্নয়নের গতি আরও বেগবান  ও সমন্বিত  করার লক্ষ্যে সরকার ১০ ফেব্রুয়ারী ২০১৪ খ্রি. তারিখে তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ  প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রণালয় এবং ডাক ও টেলিযোগাযোগ মন্ত্রণালয়কে একীভূত করে ডাক, টেলিযোগাযোগ ও তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রণালয় সৃষ্টি করে, তার অধীন তথ্য ও   যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগ এবং ডাক ও টেলিযোগাযোগ বিভাগ গঠন করে । পরিবর্তনশীল আধুনিক বিশ্বের সাথে তাল মিলাতে আগ্রহী বাংলাদেশ সরকার এবং উচ্চ নীতি-নির্ধারণকারীরা আইসিটির গুরুত্বকে অনুধাবন করেই দেশের এই পরিবর্তনে প্রধান ভূমিকা পালন করেন। এই পরিবর্তন তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রণালয়ের কার্যক্রমে নতুন উদ্দীপনা যোগ করেছে। 

০৫ জানুয়ারি ২০১৪  তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত সাধারণ নির্বাচনে আওয়ামী লীগের নিরঙ্কুশ বিজয় অর্জনের পর ১২ জানুয়ারি ২০১৪ তারিখে গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রধানমন্ত্রী হিসাবে তৃতীয়বারের মত শপথ নেন শেখ হাসিনা। এর আগে ২০০৯ থেকে ২০১৩ সাল পর্যন্ত দ্বিতীয়বারের মত এবং ১৯৯৬ থেকে ২০০১ সাল পর্যন্ত তিনি প্রথমবারের মত প্রধানমন্ত্রী হিসাবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। ১৫ আগস্ট ১৯৭৫ সালে জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানকে সপরিবারে হত্যার পর দীর্ঘদিন আওয়ামী লীগ ক্ষমতার  বাইরে ছিল। ১৯৯৬ সালে দীর্ঘ ২১ বছর পর শেখ হাসিনার নেতৃত্বে আওয়ামী লীগ দেশ পরিচালনার সুযোগ পায়। বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান ও বেগম ফজিলাতুন্নেসা মুজিবের জ্যেষ্ঠ সন্তান শেখ হাসিনা। গোপালগঞ্জ থানার টুঙ্গিপাড়া গ্রামে ১৯৪৭ সালের ২৮ সেপ্টেম্বর তারিখে তিনি জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। ১৫ আগস্টের কালরাতে শেখ হাসিনা ও তার ছোট বোন শেখ রেহানা জার্মানিতে অবস্থান করার কারণে প্রাণে বেঁচে যান। পরে তিনি ইংল্যান্ডে চলে যান এবং সেখান থেকে ১৯৮০ সালে স্বৈরাচার বিরোধী আন্দোলন শুরু করেন। ১৯৮১ সালে শেখ হাসিনার অনুপস্থিতিতে তাঁকে সর্বসম্মতিক্রমে বাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগের সভাপতি নি
